Tuned with an electronic tuner in a major scale. Can play all kinds of songs in two full octave. Great for playing by yourself

A side-blown flute is a pipe with the blow hole pierced in its side.
The pipe is usually stopped at the end nearest the blow hole.
It is usually held to right of the player though occasionally this position is reversed. Such flutes are often made from wood or bamboo and the bore is roughly cylindrical.

Side-blown flutes originated in Asia, where they were depicted as early as the 9th century BC.
